How the AI Coaching Session Works
Load a puzzle
At the start of each AI coaching session, a Medium-difficulty puzzle is automatically loaded onto the interactive board. You can begin solving immediately, or ask the AI Coach a question before you even make your first move. The AI Coach knows the full state of the board from the moment it is loaded.
Ask for hints in natural language
Type questions like "I'm stuck," "give me a hint," or "where should I look next?" into the chat interface. The AI Coach responds with targeted guidance — it does not simply tell you which cell to fill, but explains the logical reasoning that makes that cell the right choice. You might receive a response describing a Pointing Pair in Box 4, or a Hidden Single in Column 7.
Receive technique-specific explanations
The AI Coach names the techniques it uses. If it spots a Naked Single, it explains what a Naked Single is and why this specific cell qualifies. If it identifies a Pointing Pair, it walks you through the cross-hatching logic that makes the elimination valid. This educational approach is what distinguishes the AI Coach from a simple hint button.
Interact and learn progressively
The session is conversational. You can ask follow-up questions, request a different explanation if the first was unclear, or ask the AI Coach to focus on a specific area of the board. Apply and verify
After receiving guidance, you make the placement yourself on the interactive board. If the placement is correct, the board updates and the AI Coach acknowledges your progress.
