3. Fair Play and Code of Conduct

MySudokuWorld is a competitive and collaborative platform. Users are expected to play fairly. The use of automated solvers, bots, scripts, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards or challenges is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account bans and forfeiture of achievements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the puzzle generation algorithms, site design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MySudokuWorld and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MySudokuWorld makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, its continuous availability, or the accuracy of the puzzles provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MySudokuWorld, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
